Album:
This series, shot in September 2005, was located at an abandoned mental hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The series was inspired by a pile of greeting cards I came across at another hospital, which all expressed family member's regrets for not being able to visit patients on their birthdays and holidays.

Album:
This series, shot throughout the fall and winter of 2005, takes place inside of an abandoned farm house in Minooka, Illinois. The series was inspired by the idea of the perfect housewife, depicted in advertisements of the 1950's.

This series, shot in December 2004, was located at the abandoned City Methodist Church in Gary, Indiana. All costumes worn throughout the series were found inside the church in a pile of donated clothing, as seen in the first image.

Album:
Once containing over 25 abandoned buildings spanning over 250 acres, the former grounds of Manteno State Hospital have been demolished or transformed into buisnesses over the last couple of years. Out of all the structures on the property, the building which houses these installations is one of the few which remains standing and abandoned.
